I am (M)OTHER
Interactive storytelling and empowering guided conversations
to heal from feeling Othered
and reconnect to your Mothered self
The I am (M)Other-facilitated sessions are borne from the purpose to foster connection and conversation for women of all color, religion, culture, age.
Throughout the session you are guided to train your muscle of mothering (yourself) and celebrate mutual understanding, respect and unity with other participants no matter your background story.
During the sessions you are lead to reframe your personal journey.
The Method
The sessions are lead by Fatma Genç. In her work she builds upon the fundaments of Shakti Leadership (by Nilima Bath & Raj Sisodia) and the Heroine Journey as modelled by Maureen Murdock. Her journey is one across media and culture, having both worked as an actress and having lead projects at start-up-to-scale-ups like WeTransfer and Mindvalley, she prides herself for her broad scope of experience. In I am (M)Other she bundles a variety of methods, theories and tools:
role play + improv theater
generational storytelling
healing circles
public speaking
creative writing
